22nd Golden Cup International Cocktail Competition Press Release

С 17 по 18 ноября 2018 состоялся ’22nd Golden Cup International Cocktail Competition, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan’.

 

Украину на 22nd Golden Cup International Cocktail Competition в Classic Mixing category  представляла Марина Левадная, шеф-бармен BEEF meat & wine и член  Ассоциации барменов Украины (AUBA).

Её результат — Серебро в категории International Classic Competition.

All Ukrainian Bartenders Association (AUBA) поздравляет Марину с очередным её достижением, так держать!

 

22nd Golden Cup International Cocktail Competition проводится раз в 2 года, под эгидой International Bartenders Association (IBA), и имеет интерконтинентальный статус.

В Конкурсе принимали участия бармены из Сингапура, Австралии, Гонконга,  Южной Кореи, Японии, Португалии, Чили, Швеции, Швейцарии, Макао, Украины, Бразилии, Латвии, Люксембурга, Испании, Исландии, Филиппин, России, Бельгии, Монголии, Польши, Малазии, Франции, Пуэрто-Рико, Венесуэлы, Македонии, Мексики и Тайвани.

 

22nd GOLDEN CUP PRESS RELEASE:

 

22nd Golden Cup International Cocktail Competition was hosted at Gangshan Cultural Center in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on November 17th & 18th, 2018. This is the grand manner international competition in Taiwan and Asia which was hosted by Taiwan Government and Bartender Association Taiwan(BAT). There are over 1000 competitors attend this great competition every year. Golden Cup separate for National and International cocktail competition.

For National Competition, there are not only national cocktail competitions, but also for Tray Service Competitions, Coffee Latte Art Competition and 3D Latte Art Competition. There are 948 Competitors attend 22 Golden Cup International Cocktail Competition.

For International part, there are 2 categories for international cocktail competition: International Flair Competition and International Classic Competition. Moreover, this is the most popular year in Taiwan, there are 27 countries competed for 22 Golden Cup. Those countries are Singapore,

Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Chile, Macau, Ukraine, Latvia, Brazil, Luxembourg, Spain, Philippines, Iceland, Russia, Belgium, Mongolia, Poland, Malaysia, France, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Macedonia, Mexico and Taiwan.

There are 2 rounds for National Cocktail Competition, First Round and Final Round. At the first round, Competitors are not only competed their cocktail skills and tasting, they also had to take paper test about cocktail knowledge. That part is to make sure all competitors get qualified for their cocktail sense.

All rules for International Cocktail Competition are according to IBA WCC (World Cocktail Championship) rules. The Score Range for International Flair Competition: Golden Medal is above 450 points, Silver Medal for

449~350 points, Bronze Medal for 349~280 points, International Classic Competition Score Range: Golden Medal is above 450 points, Silver Medal for 449~380 points, Bronze Medal for 379~320 points. There are 3 more best prize for “BAT Champion”(The top competitor for Skills and Tasting points) “BAT Best Skills Champion” (The top competitor for Sills points) and “BAT Best Tasting Champion”(The top competitor for Tasting points).
